Our foundation was created to positively impact people’s lives and communities. Kittle Property Group, our families and employees are inspired to give back to the people and communities that have supported us.
Our roots go back to 1948. But our eyes are on the future. As a national leader in affordable housing, we serve residents in 20 states, spanning much of the Midwest and South. And having seen the landscape, and more importantly the people, in all these places, we understand well how important it is to keep our investment going. These are the individuals and families who have helped our business thrive. Now it’s our turn to help do the same for our communities.

To make a positive difference in the lives of our team members, our residents, and our communities by providing grants, scholarships, donations, and volunteer opportunities.
KPFF takes inspiration from the values of Kittle Property Group, known as “The 3 Cs”: Community, Commitment & Culture.
We have a positive effect on each community in which we work, including our KPG family, residents, neighborhoods and partners.
We set clear goals and objectives, then we persevere. Regardless of the challenge, we face it together.
As a team, we add value to the work we do. Our employees seek to learn and gain new skills through coaching, continuous improvement, and giving back to our communities.
Before the Kittle Property Family Foundation, there was KPG Cares. This program, made up of employees from throughout the company, promoted volunteerism and community involvement – allowing every full-time employee to volunteer two days a year on company time for a 501c3 of their choice – and really got the ball rolling in the larger effort to make a positive impact in the community. We’re grateful for the KPG Cares committee’s efforts in overseeing company donations to nonprofits as well as the company’s match of employee donations.
The Kittle Property Family Foundation came about as a formal way for the Kittle family and KPG to give back to the families, customers, neighborhoods and partners that have supported our group’s success. It was envisioned as a platform to effect positive change on each of our communities – strengthening partnerships within those communities and connecting with our neighbors.
We warmly welcome donors who are inspired and able to contribute to our causes including Affordable Housing and Education. You can make a donation directly on the Donate page of our website.
