I am excited to share with you the inspiration behind the Kittle Property Family Foundation which my wife and I have recently launched. We have been in the real estate business for over 28 years, and we have been blessed with many opportunities and successes. We have always been passionate about creating quality living spaces for our residents and enhancing the communities we work in. We have also been fortunate to work with a talented and dedicated team of professionals who share our vision and values. Jennifer and I have been inspired to do more and give back to the people and places that have supported us along the way. That is why we created the KPFF, a charitable organization that aims to make a positive difference in the lives of our team members, our residents, and our communities. The KPFF will provide grants, scholarships, donations, and volunteer opportunities to support various causes and initiatives that align with our mission and values. We hope that the KPFF will inspire others to join us in making a lasting impact in the world. We are grateful for your support and partnership, and we look forward to working with you on this new endeavor.

Naturally, education is at the heart of opportunity. That’s why the Kittle Property Family Foundation is proud to support educational institutions, helping them build and advance their facilities to meet the needs of their students and their communities. We also provide scholarships to help KPG property residents realize their educational goals.
To make a positive difference in the lives of our team members, our residents, and our communities by providing grants, scholarships, donations, and volunteer opportunities.
KPFF takes inspiration from the values of Kittle Property Group, known as “The 3 Cs”: Community, Commitment & Culture.
We have a positive effect on each community in which we work, including our KPG family, residents, neighborhoods and partners.
We set clear goals and objectives, then we persevere. Regardless of the challenge, we face it together.

After more than a quarter century in the field, Jeff has the drive, and the know-how, to launch and sustain initiatives that transform communities. As President & CEO of Kittle Property Group, he oversees a portfolio representing more than $3 billion in investments – but still has time to stay active in multiple community and civic organizations, as well as cheering on his daughters in their tennis matches.
Individual recipients must be employees, KPG residents or prior KPG Cares grantees. Agency recipients must work in the Affordable Housing Industry as certified non-profits within markets where KPG operates. Agency recipients must have a need for financial assistance toward a mission that aligns with ours. We ask that organizations limit grant applications to one time in a 12-month period.
Individual recipients must be employees, KPG residents or prior KPG Cares grantees. Agency recipients must work in the Affordable Housing Industry as certified non-profits within markets where KPG operates….

The Kittle Property Family Foundation came about as a formal way for the Kittle family and KPG to give back to the families, customers, neighborhoods and partners that have supported our group’s success. It was envisioned as a platform to effect positive change on each of our communities – strengthening partnerships within those communities and connecting with our neighbors.
Because we believe so strongly in the value of our mission, we warmly welcome donors who are inspired and able to contribute as well. Affordable Housing and Education are, we believe, some of the wisest investments to be made for a healthy and thriving community.
